Currently Destiny Church occupy the site in a converted office building with they have outgrown. A10 Architects were appointed to carry out a site appraisal and feasibility for Destiny Church. The proposals was to provide new Destiny Church Building with a 1000 – 1200 seat Auditorium with conference facilities, cafe, office space and book shop. It was also proposed to provide approx. 440 student beds and activity space. The proposal were to locate Destiny church on the ground floor & first floors on the main corner of Cathedral Street and Stirling Road with the student accommodation integrated around and above the Church with the main access of Stirling Road. Given the location of the site it is seen that this building will be a gateway and landmark building for the city centre as it lies on a main access route.
